Whey Protein Pancakes

You can use Peakpro French Vanilla flavored or Unflavored whey protein isolate to prepare the pancakes or Dutch chocolate flavored if you fancy chocolate pancakes. These fluffy pancakes are packed with protein and make a great breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate
  •  1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  • Whisk together the whey protein isolate, oats, almond milk, water, egg, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, and salt until a smooth batter forms.
  • Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle or frying pan for each pancake.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

Whey Protein Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie is a great way to get your daily dose of protein and fruit. All of our Peakpro flavors will give you a great smoothie you can relish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate
  • 1 cup fruit (such as berries, bananas, or mangoes)
  • 1 cup almond milk or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Whey Protein Cookies

These chewy cookies are a healthy and delicious treat. Peakpro French Vanilla, Dutch chocolate and unflavored can be used to make these delicious cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the whey protein isolate, almond flour, coconut flakes, dried cranberries, chopped nuts,honey or maple syrup, and salt.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
